Meet the Team:

Jesse Pycha-Holst
Jesse Pycha-Holst has been selling real estate for 9 years in Madison and southern Wisconsin. A Wisconsin native, he earned a degree in genetics from UW-Madison and has been here since. He has been working in historic restoration and renovation since 2005 when he worked on the restoration of the historic Orpheum Theatre after a fire.
For the past 20 years, he has lived in the Third Lake Ridge Historic District. During his time in professional renovation, he has ripped houses down to the studs and put them back together again. He has a pretty good idea what may be going on inside the walls of a home and takes pleasure in educating his clients during showings.
Jesse has also spent most of his years in Madison doing social advocacy, voter registration efforts, and campaign management. He knows the Madison metro area inside and out. If there is a neighborhood he hasn’t knocked doors in, he likely trained people to canvass those neighborhoods.
Jesse currently lives with his wife and son on the Isthmus. He has a deep knowledge of the community, zoning and development issues, the restaurant industry, local attractions, and the pulse of Madison.
